This role is responsible for administration, support, reporting, integrations, and enhancements across billing, time entry, collections, matter management, and financial systems. The position also serves as a technical lead for system upgrades, automation initiatives, and cross-functional projects involving Accounting and IT teams.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support Elite 3E and related financial applicationsManage system upgrades, maintenance, patches, and integrationsProvide Tier 3 support and troubleshoot complex production issuesDevelop custom SQL queries, reports, data extracts, and automated workflowsMaintain integrations between financial systems and firm applicationsSupport reporting and dashboard development using Power BI and SQL Server Reporting ServicesPartner with Accounting and IT teams on enhancements, testing, and deploymentsCreate documentation, improve processes, and drive automation initiativesMentor junior analysts and serve as a technical lead on financial systems projectsQualifications5+ years supporting financial or accounting systems in a legal or corporate IT environment3+ years of Elite 3E administration/support experience preferredStrong Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL scripting experienceExperience with ETL processes, relational databases, and reporting toolsFamiliarity with Power BI, DAX, Python, and PowerShell preferredExperience supporting integrations between enterprise financial systemsStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skillsExperience with law firm billing, collections, time entry, and accounting workflows preferredMicrosoft 365 experience requiredIf this sounds like a fit, apply now!
