Steel Erection Crew – Foreman, Ironworkers & Laborers Needed

Steel Erectors & Foreman – Commercial Construction (Full-Time) Patalan Mechanical Corp is hiring experienced Steel Erectors, Ironworkers, and Foreman for ongoing commercial and industrial projects across Long Island and surrounding areas. We specialize in: Pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB) Structural steel erection Commercial roofing systems Industrial facility work (recycling plants, power plants, etc.) Position Responsibilities Erect and install structural steel and pre-engineered buildings Bolt-up, connect, and align steel components Perform field work including rigging and installation Assist with commercial roofing (metal panel systems) Follow safety procedures and jobsite standards For laborers: Position Responsibilities Assist with steel erection and building installation Help with loading/unloading materials and jobsite setup Support crews with tools, equipment, and daily tasks Work alongside experienced ironworkers and foreman Maintain a clean and safe jobsite Requirements Construction experience preferred (not completely entry-level) Ability to work outdoors and at heights Must be reliable and show up every day Willingness to learn and take direction Own transportation to job sites For Foreman: Run crews on-site and manage daily operations Read and interpret blueprints Coordinate workflow and maintain production Ensure jobs are completed safely and efficiently Requirements Experience in steel erection, PEMB, or commercial construction Ability to work at heights and in outdoor conditions Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and dependability Foreman candidates must have: Proven experience running crews Ability to read plans and manage job flow Pay & Benefits Pay based on experience (competitive) Full-time, steady work Opportunity for growth within the company How to Apply Call: (631-957-0844) or EMAIL: Mech650@aol.com to schedule an interview. or apply directly through Indeed Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $17.00 per hour Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: On the road
