Pay is going to start at $15-16 per hour because there is a lot you need to learn to be successful. It takes time and experience to become proficient within our trade - there is no way around this. We will continue to give you $.50/hr raises every six months if you can keep up with the training and skill requirements for jobs. But there is plenty of room to grow and receive raises up to $25 per hour over time as you master the skills and abilities we need from you to be successful.
