Summary Margaret's Meadows AFC are seeking a dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Margaret's Meadows. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This position is vital in helping us maintain our commitment to delivering exceptional care. Requirements Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature. Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification is a plus. Ability to assist with mobility and physical tasks as needed. Excellent communication skills for interacting with residents and families. Understanding of patient care principles and home health practices. Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide companionship and emotional support to residents. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor health conditions. Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements. Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents. Document care provided and report any changes in resident conditions. Engage residents in social activities and encourage participation. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
