You'll be the bridge between our product and our users, keeping members engaged and turning local events into meaningful brand moments.ResponsibilitiesManage and grow online communities (Discord, LinkedIn, Slack, Reddit, etc.)Plan and execute offline meetups, networking events, and activations in the Bay AreaCreate engaging content to drive community participation and retentionGather member feedback and surface insights to the product/marketing teamBuild partnerships with local organizations, KOLs, and industry communitiesTrack community health metrics and report on growth and engagementRequirements2–3 years of experience in community management, social media, or event coordinationExisting network in the Bay Area (tech, startup, or relevant industry)Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and culturesExperience with community tools (Slack, Discord, Luma, Eventbrite, etc.)Self-starter who's comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-moving environmentNice to HaveBackground in SaaS, AI, fintech, edtech, or consumer appsExperience growing a community from early stage
