The Yard Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the yard and facility, including equipment check-in and check-out, inventory management, equipment cleaning, and maintaining overall yard organization. Familiarity with heavy machinery (CAT equipment) is advantageous.Key Responsibilities:Check in and check out equipment efficientlyCapture video and photographic documentation of equipment and attachmentsPrepare and disseminate damage reports as requiredSend out damage notifications to sales, customers and service department as required Maintain up-to-date inventory records for machinery and attachments using M1 systemAssist with tire and undercarriage inspections and maintain tire inventory dataEnter relevant data into work ordersEnsure yard and shop housekeeping and maintenanceOperate forklift to load / unload attachments and partsPerform additional duties as assigned by service manager or shop foremanRequirementsPersonal Requirements:Self-motivated and proactive individualStrong oral and written communication skillsProficient with computers and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)Excellent organizational skillsMechanical background is beneficialJob Requirements:Valid driver's licenseBenefitsOur benefits after full-time hire include:Medical and dental w/flex spending account401KPaid vacationPaid HolidaysUniforms
