Job Description Description:Front Desk ManagerWe are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Manager to lead our front office team and ensure a welcoming and efficient experience for all guests and visitors. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a positive guest experience while overseeing daily operations at the front desk.Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate front desk staff to deliver exceptional customer service- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and promptness- Maintain accurate records of reservations, billing, and guest information- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked- Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs and resolve issues- Monitor and manage daily cash flow, billing, and financial transactions- Implement and uphold hotel policies, procedures, and standards- Train and develop front desk staff to ensure high performance and service quality- Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback for management reviewSkills and Qualifications:- Proven experience in front desk or hospitality management preferred- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or management training is a plusJoin our dynamic team and be part of a company that values growth, excellence, and a commitment to outstanding guest service.
