We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our outstanding team here in Perryopolis! THIS POSITION IS A TEMPORARY 3-6 MONTH ROLE OVERVIEW: The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day planning, coordination, execution, and tracking of assigned projects. This role focuses on execution, follow-through, documentation, and process adherence to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. This position supports successful project outcomes by maintaining structure, visibility, and accountability, while remaining aligned with organizational strategy and delivery standards. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Planning & Execution Plan and implement assigned projects using established processes Assist in defining project scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables Create and maintain project schedules, timelines, and task plans Define tasks, dependencies, and required resources Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met Coordination & Communication Coordinate internal teams and manage task assignments Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document outcomes Maintain clear and accurate project documentation Provide routine project updates and follow-ups to stakeholders Track and enforce client and internal action items Monitoring, Quality & Change Monitor project progress and identify risks or blockers Support quality assurance by verifying deliverables meet requirements Ensure standard templates, workflows, and SOPs are followed Assist with change requests within defined scope and process Escalate issues requiring strategic, contractual, or executive decisions Reporting & Closeout Report on project status, risks, and dependencies Support project completion and sign-off activities Assist in evaluating project outcomes and capturing lessons learned Contribute to continuous process improvement efforts EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Project management qualification (PMP preferred) or equivalent experience Practical knowledge of project management methodologies and tools Experience in a project management or implementation role Familiarity with risk management and change management concepts Proficiency with project management and documentation software SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: Strong organizational and follow-through skills Clear written and verbal communication Critical thinking and problem-solving ability Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Detail-oriented and process-driven Adaptable and able to work under pressure EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY STATEMENT: Messenger, LLC is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
