If you’re proactive, tech-savvy, and driven by work that strengthens community resilience, this is a role where your skills will shine.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the ongoing development and operations of a statewide volunteer and emergency response program, contributing to grant and stakeholder reports, procedure manuals, and presentation materials.Maintain and update a volunteer management platform, ensuring data accuracy and providing technical assistance to local leaders and program users.Plan and coordinate special events, meetings, and trainings involving multiple agencies and stakeholders, ensuring all logistics and resources are in place.Independently perform administrative and documentation tasks, preparing high-quality correspondence, reports, and integrated spreadsheets, charts, and graphics.Qualifications3–5 years of experience in program coordination, emergency preparedness, or volunteer management, including writing and maintaining preparedness or operational plans.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools with strong organizational and project management skills.Exceptional written and verbal communication, adaptability, and teamwork in a collaborative setting.Valid driver’s license and the ability to work on-site Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
