Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson, based in Naples, FL, with opportunities to work remotely. The Salesperson will actively generate new leads, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, presenting tailored construction solutions, negotiating contracts, and maintaining industry knowledge. Additional duties involve collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Qualifications Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationshipsProven ability in lead generation, sales strategy, and closing dealsTime management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesBasic knowledge of the construction industry and related products or servicesProficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital tools to manage accounts and sales pipelineSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a hybrid work environmentBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredPrior sales experience in construction or similar industries is a plus
