Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Manager based in Grand Prairie, TX. The Customer Service Manager will oversee customer support operations, ensure efficient resolution of customer inquiries, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing a team of service representatives, tracking customer service metrics, developing service policies, and fostering relationships with clients. The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, process improvement, and team motivation to deliver exceptional service and support business goals. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills for managing client relationships and leading a customer service team.Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to address customer concerns effectively.Experience in process improvement, team leadership, and performance tracking to optimize operations.Proficiency in CRM software, customer database tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of aviation or logistics industry preferred but not required.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is advantageous but equivalent experience will be considered.Ability to work on-site in Grand Prairie, TX, ensuring close collaboration with team members and clients.
