Role Description This is a hybrid contract role for an Assistant, based in Orlando, FL, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Assistant will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, maintaining schedules, coordinating communications, and organizing meetings. Additional responsibilities may include preparing documents, conducting research, maintaining records, and providing support to various departments as needed. Qualifications Proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling, organizing meetings, and maintaining recordsStrong written and verbal communication skills for managing professional correspondence and internal communicationsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office productivity toolsExcellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasksAbility to work independently and effectively in both in-office and remote work environmentsDetail-oriented with problem-solving and multitasking abilitiesPrevious administrative or assistant experience is preferred but not mandatoryHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus
