You must also be able to manage a Project Manager and/or an Associate Project Manager and/or team of Project Managers. Pharmaceutical advertising agency experience required.What you'll doCollaborate with all agency teams to establish effective project and staffing plans, forecast upcoming work and allocate resourcesWork as liaison/communications hub between all Agency team members and agency partners who may touch an assigned account/projectEnsure that proper forecasting is being done for all projects on assigned account(s)Manage effective, efficient workflow of all projects on assigned accountsDevelop timelines and advises on estimates; manages projects to remain on time and budget; flags timing and budget concerns to course correct early on in processWork with Creative Services Manager to manage and plan creative resourcesWork with Business Leadership partners to create and manage estimates and budgetsCommunicate openly and constructively with all departments, providing continuous status updatesTake ownership of and enforces agency processes by providing meaningful feedback to all teamsAnalyze and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, including systems and/or software recommendationsTactful, yet assertive communication style; able to foster positive relationships with agency teamsProvides meaningful performance input for other employees in all departmentsMaintains a high-level attention to detailSeeks out additional opportunities to expand experience and cultivate expertisePerforms other duties as assignedAbout youBachelor's Degree in requiredExperience with Veeva Promats for MLR submissions REQUIRED.5+ years of project or account management experience, within a high-volume pharmaceutical advertising agency (REQUIRED)Experience with timeline development and budget management requiredMust be self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skillsComfortable working under pressure within tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitudePC, MS Office Suite software experience required$85 - $85 an hourWe are committed to offering a competitive and fair salary that reflects your location, qualifications and the experience you will bring to our team.
