Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, managing appointment scheduling, benefit verification, charge entry, and ensuring effective communication with patients and team members. You will play a key role in maintaining smooth front office operations while contributing to a welcoming and professional environment for our patients.QualificationsStrong Phone Etiquette and Appointment Scheduling skillsExperience in Customer Service and Receptionist DutiesEffective verbal and written Communication skillsOrganizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced medical office environmentFamiliarity with healthcare office software and Athena EMR system is a plusPrior experience in medical or healthcare settings is preferred
