This entry-level role provides recent graduates with the opportunity to work on high-impact strategic initiatives while developing foundational skills in business analysis, strategy development, and organizational transformation within the real estate industry.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Analysis & Program SupportSupport strategic analysis of JLL's Strategy 2030 execution and identify optimization opportunitiesAssist in translating strategic imperatives into actionable transformation programs and initiativesConduct research and analysis to support strategic assessment of major initiativesContribute to business case development and ROI modeling for transformation investmentsSupport analysis of cross-functional transformation efforts across business lines including Leasing Advisory, Capital Markets, and REMSStrategic Performance Management & ReportingAssist in designing KPIs, success metrics, and dashboard reporting for transformation initiativesSupport analysis of strategic impact and ROI of transformation investmentsConsolidate performance data from enterprise-led and business line-led initiativesCreate executive-level presentations and dashboards for C-suite visibilitySupport transformation governance framework operationsData Analysis & InsightsUse data, facts, and logical reasoning to make recommendationsDevelop financial models and analytical frameworks to support decision-makingSynthesize information into clear formats for various stakeholdersCreate deliverables including PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, and written reportsChange Management SupportSupport enterprise-wide change management initiativesAnalyze organizational barriers and develop recommendationsTrack cultural transformation metrics and employee engagement dataRequirementsEducationBachelor's degree required, preferably in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fieldStrong academic recordReal Estate ExperienceReal estate internships or co-op experience (leasing, brokerage, property management, investment, or consulting)Coursework or projects related to commercial real estate, property valuation, market analysis, or real estate financeDemonstrated interest in commercial real estate industry through academic or extracurricular involvementLeadership & ActivitiesProven leadership through campus organizations, student government, or professional associationsActive involvement in real estate-related clubs (e.g., CREW, ULI Next Gen, NAIOP Developing Leaders)Experience in team-based projects, case competitions, or academic leadership rolesDemonstrated initiative through volunteer work, event planning, or community engagementTechnical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detailExperience with data analysis and financial modeling (coursework or internship application)Familiarity with data visualization tools a plusEagerness to learn project management methodologiesCore CompetenciesStrategic thinking with ability to see the big picture while managing detailsStrong quantitative and qualitative analysis skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyHigh emotional intelligence and stakeholder management capabilitiesPersonal AttributesResults-oriented mindset with bias for actionIntellectual curiosity and continuous learning approachResilience and adaptability in fast-paced environmentStrong work ethic and professional integrityCultural sensitivity for global organization dynamicsSuccess MetricsQuality and timeliness of analytical deliverables and insightsContribution to achievement of transformation initiative milestonesEffectiveness of performance tracking and reporting mechanismsStakeholder satisfaction with analysis and recommendationsPersonal development and skill advancement within transformation capabilitiesLocationThis position requires working from our New York office 100% onsite and 50% travel.Estimated compensation for this role: $66,900 to $89,475.JLL is an Equal Opportunity EmployerJLL is committed to developing and maintaining a diverse workforce and strongly believes in equal opportunity extended to all individuals in all aspects of the employment relationship.
