Job Title: Product Owner / Product Manager - Credit Cards (Banking Domain)Location: Pittsburgh, PA/Cleveland, OH/ Dallas, TXEmployment Type: Full TimeRole OverviewWe are looking for a Product Owner / Product Manager with strong experience in the credit card domain within banking/financial services. This role will drive product strategy, roadmap execution, and delivery of customer-centric solutions across the credit card lifecycle including onboarding, transaction processing, billing, and servicing.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the product roadmap for credit card products and related digital capabilitiesWork closely with business stakeholders to define product vision, features, and prioritiesTranslate business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteriaCollaborate with engineering, QA, and design teams in an Agile/Scrum environmentDrive end-to-end delivery across areas like:Card issuance and onboardingTransaction processing and authorizationBilling, statements, and paymentsRewards, offers, and loyalty programsDisputes, fraud, and risk managementAnalyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings to enhance product featuresEnsure compliance with banking regulations and security standardsTrack product performance using KPIs and drive continuous improvementAct as a bridge between business, technology, and operations teamsRequired Skills & Experience6+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product ManagerStrong domain experience in Credit Cards / Retail Banking / PaymentsHands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)Strong understanding of:Credit card lifecycle and workflowsPayment networks (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)Authorization, clearing, and settlement processesExperience with digital banking platforms, APIs, and microservices architectureExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to write clear user stories, epics, and acceptance criteriaPreferred QualificationsExperience with card management systems (CMS) or payment processorsExposure to fraud detection, risk systems, and compliance (PCI-DSS)Familiarity with data analytics tools and product metrics trackingCertifications such as CSPO, SAFe PO/PM are a plus
