Become a part of a compassionate and innovative team that values your specialized skills in neonatology.Job specificationCandidate requirementsJob specificationProvide comprehensive care to high-risk neonates in collaboration with neonatologists and other healthcare providers.Perform physical assessments, diagnose and treat neonatal conditions, and manage the care of critically ill newborns in the NICU.Educate and support families, ensuring they understand the treatment plan and have access to necessary resources.Implement and manage care plans for neonatal patients, including monitoring progress and adjusting treatment as needed.Coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure a continuum of care from birth to discharge, following best practices and guidelines in neonatology.
