South Coast Improvement has 85% repeat business with some of the largest providers of Senior Living and Affordable housing along the East Coast.South Coast Improvement Company serves a number of sectors in New England, and also specializes in renovating and expanding occupied Senior Living facilities along the Eastern Seaboard.Superintendent ResponsibilitiesEnforce all OSHA and best in class safety standardsLead all efforts in maintaining scheduleMaintain strong knowledge of plans, intent and existing conditionsManage multiple subcontractors, tradesmen and laborers for the duration of each project.Expected to enforce quality and best in class workmanshipActively participate in client meetingsConduct inspections during precon and close outQualificationsSuperintendent Experience PreferredMinimum of 2 - 5 years’ experience in commercial construction, preferably for a General Contractor, as a site supervisor or assistant site supervisorEnforcement of safety best practices as well as leading weekly tailgate/tool talk, and daily safety checksInterior and exterior renovation work including selective demo, ceiling and wall assemblies, finishes, millwork and MEPsOccupied renovations Scheduling and coordination skills are essentialManaging multiple subcontractor trades simultaneouslyProcore, MS OfficeSuperintendent Benefits And CompensationHealth, Vision and Dental InsuranceDisability insurance401K Plan with matchingPaid Time OffAuto allowanceFuel reimbursementSuperintendent Employment RequirementsWillingness to undergo a background checkProvides own, reliable transportationOSHA 30 or higher certification South Coast Improvement is an equal opportunity employer.Salary Range: commensurate with experience but compensation rates are aligned with Greater Boston rates + Competitive Benefits.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per yearScheduleMonday to FridayWeekend availabilityLicense/CertificationOSHA 30 or higher certification (Preferred)
