* HIRING IMMEDIATELY*$21 per hourMonday through Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm, plus rotating On-Call ScheduleBenefitsDailyPay - Work today, get paid today!Medical, dental, vision, voluntary life & short-term disabilityEmployer-paid basic life and long-term disabilityEmployee Referral Bonus ProgramPTO & Paid Holidays401(k) Retirement Plan with Matching ProgramJob ResponsibilitiesGeneral maintenance and repair duties may include, but are not limited to, preventive maintenance, routine servicing, seasonal repairs and changes, fixture installations, plumbing, minor electrical and appliance repairs, floor coverings, and some furniture with minimal supervision.Performs preventive maintenance on complicated systems such as HVAC, refrigeration, pumping and motor systems, electrical and emergency generator systems, domestic water systems and all other aspectsOperates various types of equipment that may include, but not limited to, drills, pressure washers, hand tools, trash compactor, golf cart, computer and cell phone, and company vehicles.Performs painting and refurbishing projects as assigned.Maintains accurate and timely inspection logs and recordkeeping as directedPerforms building and equipment repairs for both interior and exterior as needed in changing environments and temperaturesMay perform routine maintenance on gas and electric company vehiclesMay assist with snow removal and landscape maintenance year aroundAccomplishes assignments in a timely and professional mannerQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED2-5 years' experience in general repairs and maintenance requiredExperience working in long-term care setting preferredTechnical or trade school training or equivalent background preferredEffective communication skills, including ability to understand and follow instructions in EnglishTennessee drivers' license in good standingThe Heritage at Brentwood is looking for a full-time, hospitality-focused Maintenance Technician with 2-5 years' experience to perform general maintenance and repair duties our 48-acre senior living community located in Brentwood, TN.
