Machine Operator

Compensation: $19-21 per hour Role Summary: We are seeking a reliable individual to join our team as a Machine Operator, contributing to our daily production goals. You will need a strong mechanical inclination and a keen eye for detail, as you will be trained to handle industrial machinery while prioritizing workplace safety. Core Duties: Manage the safe and effective setup, operation, and shutdown of manufacturing equipment. Execute necessary machine adjustments, perform changeovers, and conduct regular maintenance cleaning. Ensure high product standards by inspecting materials and overseeing quality throughout the production process. Reduce equipment idle time by identifying and resolving minor operational malfunctions. Help maintain operational consistency by documenting production data and adhering to established protocols. Contribute to a secure and orderly workspace by keeping your station clean and organized. Qualifications & Background: Demonstrate mechanical proficiency and comfort using standard hand tools. Show a strong capacity for following safety guidelines and written directives. Possess fundamental computer skills to assist with reporting and record-keeping tasks. Previous background in a production or machine operating environment is a plus, though not mandatory.
