RN/LPN Charge Nurse

We are searching for a nurse to join our AM SHIFT! 6 am to 6pm. Every other weekend off (3 days off in a row). No trachs, vents or wound vacs. Great staffing ratios! Use Point Click Care for all resident information Provide leadership and oversight to nursing staff during your shift Monitor and manage patient care plans Communicate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations What We’re Looking For: Current RN or LPN license Experience in long-term care or similar setting preferred Strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills Passion for geriatric care and resident-centered service Strong assessment and organizational skills Ability to multi-task and work under time constraints A proactive approach to intake management demonstrating leadership skills at all times Requirements: Benefits Full-Time Employees (30 hours and greater) Paid Time Off – Vacation, Sick, Float, and Holidays Dental, Vision, All Employees: 401K Sign-on Bonus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $36.00 - $46.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible schedule Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
