Job Description & Requirements Urology Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Call 8;On Call Pay Rate: $2425.00 - $2625.00 This facility is seeking a Urology for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call Practice Setting: Outpatient Types of Cases: Urology cases Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days. Clean history can qualify for expedited privileges Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Epic Certifications required: Board Certification, Advanced Burn Life Support (ABLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Licensure Required: Active Washington license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) Facility Location The Hippest Town in the West, Washington States popular capital offers an eclectic art scene, people-friendly communities and infinite recreational opportunities.
