The North Barrington office is seeking a polished and client-focused Client Service Associate to support both client relationships and day-to-day operations.This individual will play a key role in supporting advisors and clients by managing account activity, coordinating client service needs, and ensuring a high-quality client experience. Key Responsibilities:Client CommunicationServe as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering a high level of service across phone, email, and in-person interactionsSupport client relationship development through ongoing communication and participation in meetings in a technical and support capacityClient Support and PreparationAssist advisors with financial planning support, including data gathering, analysis, documentation preparation, and implementation of client recommendationsSupport account opening, maintenance, and ongoing servicing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentationManage client follow-ups, action items, and CRM updates to maintain organized and proactive client engagementOperations and AdministrationSupport daily operational workflows including account processing, custodial coordination, billing, compliance reviews, and record managementAssist with trading support, transaction processing, and coordination with custodians and external partnersMaintain organized systems and processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and audit readinessTeam and Office SupportContribute to a collaborative team environment, supporting internal initiatives and special projects as neededAssist with general office coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operationsQualifications:Two-plus years of experience in a client service or operations role within wealth management supporting financial advisor(s)Experience with Pershing NetX360, NetX360+, Pershing X, Wove, or similar platforms is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindsetHighly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesDemonstrated integrity and understanding of fiduciary responsibilityAbility to think critically, solve problems, and take ownership of responsibilitiesSelf-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaborativelyCompensation and BenefitsSalary is based on experience and industry benchmarks and includes eligibility for both individual and firm-wide bonuses.
