Join a globally recognized elite law firm as a Senior Pricing Analyst within the firm’s Client Value & Pricing team. This opportunity is available in Boston, New York, or Washington, D.C.This position is ideal for a finance professional who thrives at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and client engagement. Working closely with senior leadership and partners, you will help shape pricing strategies for sophisticated client matters and key accounts, balancing commercial objectives with long-term profitability.The role offers significant exposure to firm leadership and high-profile client work, with responsibilities spanning strategic pricing analysis, financial modeling, alternative fee arrangements, and portfolio performance evaluation. You will play a critical role in advising stakeholders on pricing structures, profitability trends, realization performance, and business growth initiatives.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and model strategic pricing scenarios, including rate structures, discounts, realization, leverage, and margin analysis• Support and manage annual client agreement and deal processes, including coordination with billing, collections, and business teams• Design and evaluate Alternative Fee Arrangements (AFAs) aligned with client and matter objectives• Partner with attorneys and client account teams to identify at-risk engagements and recommend proactive financial strategies• Conduct post-matter financial analysis to support future pricing decisions and improve profitability outcomes• Assist in the enhancement of pricing tools, reporting capabilities, and internal best practices• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and client pitch support initiatives as neededQualifications:• Bachelor’s degree required; Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business preferred• Approximately 5+ years of experience in professional services, legal, consulting, or other highly analytical environments• Advanced Excel and strong financial modeling capabilities required• Prior law firm or legal industry experience strongly preferred• Experience with pricing strategy, budgeting, or financial planning processes preferred• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial insights to both legal and business stakeholders• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment• High attention to detail, sound judgment, and a client-service-oriented mindset• Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teamsThis is an outstanding opportunity to join one of the world’s most prestigious legal organizations and contribute directly to strategic client and business decisions in a highly visible role.
