Job Description The Fast Food Restaurant General Manager oversees daily restaurant operations, leading a team of 10-30 employees to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining operational efficiency. Reporting to the Regional Manager, this role involves managing staff, controlling inventory, and ensuring profitability. The General Manager plays a key role in training and development, scheduling, and budget management, with occasional travel to support other locations. This position offers growth potential toward an Area Manager role.
