HITitle: SAP FICO/R2R ConsultantLocation: Jacksonville, FLClient: HCLContract : 8+ MonthsKey ResponsibilitiesSAP R2R Functional SupportProvide L2/L3 support for SAP Record-to-Report processes including:General Ledger (GL)Accounts Payable (AP)Accounts Receivable (AR)Asset Accounting (AA)Cost Center AccountingInternal OrdersProfit Center AccountingFinancial Closing & ReportingTroubleshoot and resolve production issues within SLA timelinesPerform root cause analysis and recommend long-term solutionsIncident & Change ManagementManage incidents, service requests, and enhancement tickets using tools such as ServiceNow or JiraCoordinate defect resolution and support deployment activitiesSupport transport management, testing, and release activitiesFinancial Process SupportSupport month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activitiesAssist users with reconciliation, reporting, and accounting process issuesEnsure system integrity and compliance with accounting standards and internal controlsEnhancements & Continuous ImprovementGather business requirements and support small enhancements/configuration changesIdentify opportunities for process optimization and automationCollaborate with technical teams for custom developments and integrationsIntegration & Cross-Functional SupportWork closely with other SAP modules including:MM (Procurement)SD (Sales & Distribution)TreasuryProject SystemsSupport integration testing and issue resolution across business processesDocumentation & User SupportMaintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articlesProvide user guidance, training, and troubleshooting assistanceParticipate in UAT and regression testing activitiesRequired Qualifications5+ years of SAP FI/CO or R2R support experienceStrong understanding of Record-to-Report business processesHands-on SAP configuration experience in FI/CO modulesExperience supporting month-end and financial close processesKnowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
