Tech (CTO) Advisor - Video/Fintech/Social Media Experience

Company DescriptionWe are building a video e-commerce and live shopping app.Role DescriptionThis is a CTO advisory role for a startup.This requires about 1-3 hours a month.QualificationsAnyone with experience building a video, payments, fintech or social media app.Specifically, having these experiences would be nice to have:Real-Time Video/Streaming: Understand low-latency video protocols (like WebRTC or RTMP), adaptive streaming, and using third-party services like Agora or AWS IVS.Cloud & Infrastructure (DevOps): Expert in scalable cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) System Architecture: Ability to design a robust, scalable, and microservices-based architecture to handle millions of simultaneous users and data-intensive tasksMobile Development: Native mobile or cross-platform development (like React Native or Flutter)Data & Payments Security: Payment gateways (Visa, Stripe, etc.), data encryption, and compliance (PCI DSS, GDPR).
