Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.Our client is seeking a marketing professional who can operate as both a strategic advisor and hands-on executor, supporting client growth through deep involvement in business strategy, marketing execution, and performance improvement. This role goes beyond traditional account management by combining consulting, research, writing, and implementation across multiple client accounts and industries.LocationFully Remote | 9 AM - 5 PM ESTRole OverviewThe Marketing Account Manager will serve as a hybrid strategist, consultant, and executor, leading client relationships while developing and implementing marketing initiatives directly. This role requires strong business thinking, the ability to produce substantial deliverables independently, and comfort working across both strategy and execution without relying on separate delivery teams.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management & ConsultingLead client meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.Provide business consulting, including defining target customers, refining positioning, evaluating pricing, and identifying growth opportunities.Strategy Development & ExecutionCreate and deliver strategy documents, market research, ad copy, email campaigns, and brand guidelines.Execute marketing initiatives directly as part of a hands-on delivery model.Campaign Management & PerformanceManage and support advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google and Meta.Monitor performance and optimize campaigns to improve results and return on investment.Technical Support & SystemsProvide hands-on support with CRM systems, tool setup, and workflow troubleshooting.Help clients adopt and use marketing and operational tools effectively.AI & Research UtilizationUse AI tools daily to accelerate research, writing, regulatory analysis, and deliverables.Conduct research and develop insights for complex industries such as healthcare and agriculture.QualificationsExperience3–5+ years of experience in a client-facing marketing, consulting, or strategy role.Experience managing marketing campaigns and working directly with clients.SkillsExperience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.Strong understanding of performance marketing and campaign management.Familiarity with AI tools, automation, or advanced workflows.Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability.Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce substantial content independently.Curious, tech-savvy, and proactive in learning new tools.Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.What Success Looks LikeClients receive strategic guidance and execution support that drives measurable results.High-quality deliverables are consistently produced across multiple projects.Campaigns are effectively managed and continuously optimized for performance.Strong client relationships are built through trust, insight, and reliability.OpportunityThis role offers the opportunity to work as an embedded consultant with direct influence on both strategy and execution across multiple industries.
