This organization combines deep mechanical engineering expertise with modern software development to deliver next-generation platforms that power critical industrial systems.SummaryThe Mid-Level Full Stack Developer will join a collaborative, T-shaped engineering team with a strong focus on front-end development and UI/UX ownership. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building clean, intuitive interfaces while also contributing across backend systems, cloud services, and industrial integrations. You’ll help simplify complex systems through thoughtful design and scalable development.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop scalable web applications using TypeScript and ReactOwn and improve the UI/UX experience across core platformsBuild and refine front-end architecture with a focus on performance, usability, and maintainabilityContribute to backend development using Node.js and ExpressImprove system performance, security, and code quality through refactoring and optimizationSupport CI/CD pipelines and deployment processesDebug, test, and maintain high-quality code across development and production environmentsCollaborate across teams to support industrial integrations and platform enhancementsRequirements2–3+ years of experience building cloud-based or SaaS applicationsStrong front-end development skills with TypeScript, React, and modern frameworksBackend experience with Node.js and ExpressExperience with tools such as Redux Toolkit, Vite, or ElectronFamiliarity with Linux environments and NginxExposure to GitHub and CI/CD pipelinesStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work across the full stackPreferredStrong UI/UX or graphic design instinctsExperience with real-time or data-driven interfacesFamiliarity with protocols such as TCP/IP, MQTT, or ModbusExposure to HVAC, industrial systems, IoT, or automation environmentsExperience with Socket.IO or data visualization tools such as Apache EChartsKnowledge of additional frameworks such as Svelte or Material UITRC Talent Solutions is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
