Inside Sales Rep

Job Description B&C is a full-line truck equipment distributor specializing in vehicle-mounted snow plows, ice control equipment, truck bodies and mobile hydraulics. We are a growing, family-owned business who is seeking a full-time, year-round Inside Sales Rep who will be based in our Salem office. This person will be responsible for phone and in-person customer sales. Responsibilities include:Create purchase orders and source products to complete jobsDevelop sales report and quote sheetsWork with vendors and build relationships with suppliersAssist with operational oversight and track jobs/projectsEstablish and build relationships with new, existing, and potential customers Qualifications:3-5+ years of sales support work experienceStrong technical skillsExcellent communication skillsStrong problem-solving skillsProficient computer skills - MS Excel, Word, E-mail, PDFsSolid organization skills and attention to detailsAbility to work independently and with teamCompensation range $62,400 - $72,800 with opportunity for bonus.
