Title:Senior Accountant – Property & Casualty InsuranceCompensation: $80,000–$100,000 + 20–30% BonusSchedule: 5 Days in Office Why This Opportunity Stands Out • Join a rapidly growing national insurance startup building its accounting and finance function from the ground up• Work directly with the CFO with high visibility into operations, strategy, and acquisitions• Significant long-term growth potential as the company scales and adds additional accounting leadership roles• Competitive benefits including healthcare, 401(k) with employer match, and unlimited PTO• Fast interview process with quick decisions and immediate hiring needs Key Responsibilities – Senior Accountant • Lead and support daily accounting operations including AP, journal entries, and general ledger management• Assist and increasingly take ownership of month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting schedules related to P&C insurance transactions• Partner closely with the CFO to build scalable accounting processes, systems, and internal controls• Support financial analysis and reporting across multiple entities and locations• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting across the organization Qualifications – Senior Accountant • 1–5 years of progressive accounting experience• Direct experience in property & casualty insurance or real-estate-related insurance required• Background in property, rental, or similar insurance environments strongly preferred• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and the month-end close process• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a high degree of autonomy• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities#LI-JS33#INAPR2026
