We are seeking dedicated team members to join our team and complete kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects in homes across our community. We are seeking career minded remodelers or construction professionals who are willing to learn new techniques and are looking for a stable, well-paying career. This is a hands-on position and the ability to safely operate power hand tools is helpful. Training is provided for the completion of cabinet redooring, refacing, and kitchen remodeling projects.Competitive CompensationSteady workGrowth OpportunitiesPaid Time Off401kPerform remodeling tasks for kitchens and bathrooms, including:Cabinet installation and adjustmentsCountertop installation and repairsTile work (flooring, backsplash, and shower surrounds)Drywall repair and finishingPainting, caulking, and sealingPlumbing fixture installation (sinks, faucets, toilets, showers)Basic electrical work (outlet/switch replacement, light fixture installation)Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and design plansEnsure quality workmanship and attention to detail on all projectsMaintain a safe and clean work environmentCommunicate effectively with clients and team membersTroubleshoot and resolve on-site issues efficientlyMinimum 3 years of proven experience in kitchen and bathroom remodelingStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and toolsSkilled in carpentry, tile setting, plumbing, and light electrical workAbility to lift 50+ lbs and handle physically demanding tasksReliable transportation and valid driver's licenseExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong work ethic and ability to work independentlyExperience working with a remodeling or construction companyProfessional certifications or trade licenses (a plus but not required)Competitive pay based on experiencePotential for growth within the companyWe offer substantial training and lucrative compensation for those willing to work inside of a process, keep a sharp eye for detail, remodel the expectations of our clients, and work hard.
