This opportunity is with, an innovative, award-winning, employee-owned company involved in the design, manufacture, and marketing of wire joining and tensioning solutions for commercial construction and other markets.Job Summary:The Seismic Project Manager will lead multiple seismic design projects focused on delegated seismic bracing designs for mechanical, plumbing, and electrical construction. This role oversees engineering deliverables, manages project execution, and coordinates closely with internal teams, contractors, engineers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Job Duties:Manage multiple seismic design projects from initiation through completionOversee engineering deliverables related to seismic bracing for MEP systemsManage submittals, schedules, material releases, and project documentationProcess subcontracts, purchase orders, and invoicesDevelop and maintain project-specific schedules of valuesCoordinate with sales teams, vendors, contractors, engineers, and field crewsTrack project progress, budgets, and profit/loss reportingProvide technical support and develop expertise in seismic productsEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budgetQualifications:Degree in Construction Project Management or minimum 3 years of experience in construction management, coordination, or a supervisory roleStrong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsSolid understanding of construction methods and materialsProficient in MS Office and cloud-based project management toolsStrong organizational, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environmentCollaborative, customer-focused, and detail-orientedQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national
