Located in La Jolla Shores, CA, FACES+ sets the standard in aesthetic treatments and innovations.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, on-site role for a Certified Surgical First Assist at Faces+ Plastic Surgery, Skin & Laser Center, located in La Jolla Shores, CA. Daily responsibilities include assisting surgeons in the operating room, ensuring patient safety and surgical efficiency, preparing and maintaining surgical instruments, managing sterilization processes, and supporting the surgical team during procedures. The role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality outcomes for patients. This role is for a candidate that can function as a scrub tech and first assist when needed.QualificationsExperience with Operating Room practices, surgical procedures, and assisting functionsProficiency in Surgical Technology and techniquesKnowledge of Medicine, patient care standards, and healthcare protocolsExpertise in Sterilization and maintaining a clean, safe medical environmentCertified Surgical First Assist (CSFA) or equivalent certification is requiredAttention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a teamDemonstrated commitment to patient safety and quality carePrior experience in cosmetic or plastic surgery settings is preferred
