Headquartered in Duluth, GA, we continue to push the boundaries of innovation in the skill gaming industry.Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Network Administrator with a minimum of 5 years of experience to maintain, support, and optimize our organization’s network infrastructure. This position is an in-person full-time position at our corporate office in Duluth GA. The ideal candidate will ensure reliable network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement security measures to protect company data.Key Responsibilities:Implement, and support LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and SD-WAN infrastructure across warehouses, data centers, and corporate officesMonitor network health and proactively resolve latency, packet loss, and connectivity issues impacting operationsImplement and maintain network security controls through firewalls, core routers, Switches, VPNs, and access pointsConfigure and maintain routing, switching, VLANs, QoS, and IP addressing schemesDeploy and manage LAN, WAN, and wireless networksPerform regular system backups and disaster recovery planningUpgrade systems and apply patches to maintain performance and securityMaintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating proceduresCollaborate with IT infrastructure, Development, Production, and Operations teamsWork with vendors, ISPs, and managed service providers to resolve issues and optimize servicePerform root cause analysis after incidentsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experienceMinimum 5 years of experience as a Network Administrator or Network EngineerGood experience with Cisco NexusStrong understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, switching, VLANs, and QoSSolid experience with network monitoring tools, packet analysis and troubleshooting techniquesFamiliarity with operating systems such as Windows Server and LinuxPreferred Skills:Certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Network+Experience with SD-WAN and multi-site connectivityGood experience with Cisco Nexus and Catalyst routers and switches, Meraki devices, FortiGate Firewalls, and Aruba and HPE switchesKnowledge of cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMWare)Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Python, Bash, Go)Strong problem-solving and communication skills
