All team members are expected to excel in Relationships, Communication, Quality Service, Operational Excellence, and Innovation & Growth, contributing to the firm’s success through collaboration, exceptional service, and continuous growth.Position SummaryYour Impact (Essential Duties):Perform and supervise larger, more complex assurance projects, including audits, reviews, and compilationsAddress complex accounting issues such as consolidations, deferred tax calculations, and going concern assessmentsApply thorough knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and other financial reporting frameworks to audit proceduresTrain, supervise, and delegate work to associates and interns to foster efficiency and team growthReview workpapers prepared by associates/interns, provide constructive feedback, and ensure conclusions are appropriateCustomize audit strategies based on identified risks and ensure audit issues are addressed during planning and performanceAnalyze financial statements and disclosures for errors or omissionsPrepare client correspondence, perform internal control walkthroughs, and handle client inquiriesContribute to engagement budgets and monitor performance against budgetsCommunicate effectively with team members and clients to address audit-related issues and project statusesParticipate in department-wide training and independent learning to maintain and expand technical knowledgeDemonstrate strong time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple engagementsPerform other duties and display flexibility to take on a variety of responsibilities assigned by firm leadershipMeet annual billable hour and other targets to fulfill individual performance and overall firm productivityYour Background3–5 years of experience in assurance-related workCPA license or eligibleBachelor’s degree in accounting or a related fieldComprehensive understanding of audit standards, procedures, and financial reporting frameworksProficiency in audit-related software and toolsStrong leadership and interpersonal skills to supervise and mentor team membersExcellent communication skills for client and team interactionsExceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple engagements effectivelyHigh attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reportingAnalytical thinking to address complex accounting and assurance challengesFull-time commitment and flexibility to work beyond regular hours to meet team deadlinesThe compensation range for this role is $80,000 - $105,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
