The ideal candidate has meaningfully integrated AI across their development workflow — from code generation and review to agentic task execution — and can demonstrate this through the quality and velocity of their outputPRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (May perform any or all of the following):Advanced proficiency with AI coding assistant tools like Cursor, Claude as primary IDE with multi-file, codebase-aware workflows, rules, plugins, MCP servers for code generation, refactoring, and documentationHands-on experience with LangChain / LangGraph or equivalent agentic frameworksFamiliarity with RAG pipeline design and prompt engineering for production use casesExperience with AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, or equivalent managed AI servicesQualifications & Experience Required (7+ Years).NET / C#, Node.js, TypeScriptAzure (App Services, Event Hub, Functions), Azure DevOpsREST API design and third-party platform integrationRequired Education:A bachelor's degree in Computer Science,Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.Good To Have:Databricks or Azure Data platform exposureAWS infrastructure familiarityExperience integrating with payment gateways or POS systemsABOUT ISHIR ISHIR is a digital innovation and enterprise AI services provider.
