As a Studio Manager, you will…Provide remarkable customer service throughout the photographic, sale, and delivery experienceFollow established operational processes for scheduling, hiring, training, selling, and photography.Manage performance and develop the skills of Team MembersAccountable for the studio’s ability to achieve results (sales average, customer satisfaction…)The SkillsYou’llBringMinimum 18 years of ageHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent;college degree preferred2+ yearsprevioussupervisory, retail, sales, service, or photography experience preferredAbility to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, holidays, and weekendsStrong communicationand collaboration skillsAbility to quickly develop rapport with children and adultsStrong math and intermediate computer skills (e.g., navigation, data entry, and specifically Microsoft Excel)Pay Rate: $23.00/HourThis position will accept applicants on an ongoing basisuntilfilled.The compensation package for this role is based on multiple factors, such as job level, responsibilities, location, and candidate experience.
