Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Functional Medicine/Longevity Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or MD/DO. Based in the Greater Boston area, the role focuses on delivering individualized and patient-centered functional medicine and longevity care. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, creating and implementing personalized wellness plans, managing treatment protocols, performing follow-up visits, and collaborating with the multi-disciplinary medical team to optimize health outcomes. Additionally, the provider will facilitate laboratory analysis, review diagnostic reports, and support patients in achieving long-term health and wellness goals through evidence-based practices. Qualifications Certification and licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or MD/DOStrong foundation in functional and integrative medicine concepts, including experience in creating and implementing wellness or longevity plansProficiency in conducting medical assessments, interpreting diagnostic reports, and managing clinical treatment protocolsExcellent patient communication and engagement skills to provide education and support for long-term health managementCollaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with a multi-disciplinary medical teamAttention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in delivering patient carePrior experience in executive health, concierge medicine, or a similar clinical setting is a plusCommitment to providing exceptional, empathetic care tailored to individual patient needs
