Studio Assistant

ABOUT WILDFIRE CERAMICSWildfire Ceramics is an Atlanta-based studio making functional, handcrafted pottery sold through galleries, wholesale accounts, and direct-to-consumer markets. Our work is on the tables of Michelin Guide restaurants across Atlanta — and this internship puts you inside that world. This isn't a "watch the artist work" internship. You'll see how a product goes from concept to customer — and you'll have a hand in every step of that. The studio is located at the Goat Farm Arts Center in the West End — a sprawling campus of refurbished 19th-century industrial warehouses that's become one of Atlanta's most distinctive creative communities. The workspace itself is the kind of place you'd actually want to spend your summer: exposed brick, soaring ceilings, big old windows, and the kind of natural light that makes everything look better. If the space where you work matters to you, it'll matter here.THE ROLEWe're looking for a self-directed, detail-oriented student who wants to understand how a creative business actually works end to end. You won't be shadowing one department — you'll move through the full business cycle, from finding new accounts to delivering finished work.
