Special Education Teacher

Job Title: Special Education TeacherWe are looking for passionate special education teachers to join our team. The Special Education Teacher is responsible for developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities. The Special Education Teacher collaborates with other educators, parents and outside service providers to design and deliver instruction that meets the unique academic, social and emotionial needs of each student. The Special Education Teacher adapts teaching methods and materials to accommodate a variety of learning styles and abilities, and provides accommodations and modifications as needed to support student success. The Special Education Teacher also monitors student progress, maintains accurate records, and participates in the evaluation and revision of IEPs as necessary.
