BNA Bank is looking for experienced Universal Bankers to be a part of their Retail Banking Team. As a Universal Banker, you will be responsible for expanding profitable business relationships by maximizing sales opportunities and ensuring customer retention. Universal Banker will complete customer transactions, cross sell bank products and services, open accounts and resolve complex customer service issues. A key component of this Universal Banker position will be discovering, anticipating and meeting members' financial service needs through the active promotion, sales and delivery of products and services.**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:**Ability to present a professional image and maintain a high level of personal integrity and confidentially.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.High degree of accuracy.Strong Business Communication SkillsBasic Computer SkillsStrong Organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.Training & ExperienceHigh School Diploma/equivalent or higherCommunity College preferred**At least**1-2years banking or financial experience preferred**Cash handling or sales experience preferred.Required SkillsComputer literature, Data entry skills, Business telephone communication skills, Must be able to meet the public, friendly, outgoing personality of utmost importance, Ability to learn quickly.Duties IncludeExplaining, promoting and selling all products and services to current and prospective customers.Providing exceptional service that consistent with or exceeds bank standards of excellence in customer service.Effectively utilizing sales, customer profiling and customer service skills to make significant contributions towards meeting branch goals.Developing a well-rounded knowledge of all bank departments and solid ability to know how and when to refer members to internal business partners.Actively promoting and contributing to the achievement of branch organizational and developmental goals.Facilitating the lending process with customers to include documentation, interviewing and closing.Opening, maintaining, and closing all types of transactions and deposit accounts.Resolving customer issues in a timely, consistent and professional manner.Performing other job-related duties as assigned.Performing other job-related duties as assigned.Engage in outbound calling and needs assessment as assigned by the Bank Manager to generate qualified referrals for alternative products, channels and other lines of business to meet BNA Bank goals.Actively participate in community activities that may generate new customer leads and supports Bank's overall CRA goals and initiatives. Meet or exceed all established activity goals (face to face appointments, voice to voice calls, etc.) to drive sales and referral results.Familiarity with Bank Secrecy Act compliance and with various entities (LLC, S Corp, C Corp, partnerships, organizations): Familiarity with various legalities involved with the contractual relationship between depositor and bank.
