About Ethical Energy Ethical Energy is firmly founded on the principals of being the most rep-centric solar company in the industry. Ethical Energy offers one of the highest paying commission structures in the solar industry. We are currently looking to hire experienced sales representatives to join our rapidly growing teams. Previous solar sales is not required and we offer training programs for the right candidates. As an Energy Advisor for Ethical Energy, your primary focus will be on closing pre-set appointments from our call center and online marketing teams. Our Core Values INNOVATION We are leaders. Qualification We Are looking In our Energy Advisors: Must be a self-motivated “go-getter” as well as thrive in a team environment Ability to manage workflow in a high-energy atmosphere while effectively multitasking Excellent customer engagement and active listening skills Ability to engage any customer in conversation and build rapport Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance is a MUST! Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment as well as independently Ability to communicate with different departments in a professional and efficient manner Confident, ambitious, and willing to go above and beyond for our customers and our initiative to make the environment more sustainable!
