Under direct supervision, you'll learn essential assembly operations and play a key role in building the aircraft of tomorrow.What You'll Do Every Day:Train in and perform structural assembly operations within a production departmentUse basic mechanical hand tools like pneumatic drills, rivet guns, and reamersLearn to read blueprints, work orders, and specification sheets to understand build requirementsAssist with part fitting, alignment, drilling, and riveting using holding fixtures and clampsSupport quality standards by ensuring all parts and work meet specificationsObserve, assist, and gradually work with less supervision as skills growMaintain clean, safe workspaces and follow all safety proceduresWhat You Bring to the Table:Required:High School Diploma or GEDMechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on workAbility to read, write, speak, and understand EnglishBasic computer and keyboarding skillsAble to lift and carry up to 40 poundsWillingness to work any shift and follow instructions preciselyStrong attention to detail and professional attitudePreferred:Enrollment in or completion of a Technical Aviation programFamiliarity with hand and power toolsComfort reading scales and performing basic shop mathWhy Join Us?At PDS Tech Commercial, you're not just starting a job - you're building a career in aerospace.
