We're seeking a Pharmacy Clinical Specialist who will play a critical role in supporting high-quality clinical pharmaceutical services. This position is ideal for those passionate about patient care, with the opportunity to collaborate across multiple healthcare settings, ensuring optimal drug use and therapeutic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide specialized pharmaceutical services to enhance drug utilization and improve patient outcomes.
Collaborate with pharmacy managers to develop and implement training, education, and evaluation programs for pharmacist staff.
Prepare formulary reviews and medication evaluations for the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee.
Participate in multidisciplinary teams focused on clinical pharmacy initiatives.
Foster strong relationships with pharmacy leadership, staff, and other hospital departments, with patient care being the primary focus.
Qualifications:
Education: Doctorate Degree or combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Doctorate Degree
Licensure: PA Pharmacy License required within 90 days of hire.
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer navigation.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: $113,000.00 - $142,000.00 per year
