LEAD ADVISORJob Description Overview Affinity Wealth Management, LLC (AWM) is seeking a talented and knowledgeable professional to serve in the capacity of Lead Advisor in its Wilmington, Delaware office.The primary responsibility of a Lead Advisor is client retention and reviewing/presenting client related financial plan and investment recommendations with existing clients without supervision. They spend 80% of their time with existing on-going client relationships. Typically, they spend about 20% of their time developing new client relationships, and they attend and/or close prospective clients who are referred to the company or generated by Senior Advisors. Lead Advisors often have a designation and over five years’ experience working in the advisory or related profession. They review changes in the marketplace and industry and work with Senior Advisors and the Portfolio Manager to adjust client plans and investment allocations accordingly. They must be familiar and fluent in understanding a variety of financial concepts, practices, and procedures. They rely on extensive experience and judgment to help clients solve complicated financial and investment management issues.  Responsibilities & ActivitiesConducts all on-going client meetings, including annual, semi-annualand initial planning meetings with prospective clientsAttend and close initial prospective client meetings and onboard newclients into the firmSolves complicated financial planning, estate, tax and retirement issuesServes on investment management committeeWorks with Senior Advisor to manage and leverage work needing tobe completed for top 20% of clientsParticipates and coordinates marketing efforts for the Senior AdvisorsManages and coordinates all Associate Advisors under their supervision Additional Duties, Skills and AbilitiesBe a part of a team approachLives our core valuesHas the series 65Has CFP® designation or similar credentialsAnalytical mindset and attention to detailA genuine interest in serving and caring for other peopleAbility to use/learn software packages – Salesforce, Orion, Emoney and Money Guide ProCompensation$110,000 to $165,000 base salary depending upon experienceQuarterly bonus based upon team performanceAccess to health, vision and dental after 30 days401k with match and profit sharing potential
