Supply Planning Manager

The OpportunityMackie Myers is partnering with a fast‑growing, well‑established consumer brand to hire a Manager, Supply Planning. This role owns end‑to‑end finished goods planning and inventory management, ensuring the right products are available across retail, wholesale, and e‑commerce channels—while balancing service levels, inventory health, and working capital.This is a highly visible role that blends hands‑on planning ownership with light people management and deep cross‑functional collaboration.What You’ll DoEnd‑to‑End Supply & Inventory PlanningOwn finished goods supply planning across all sales channelsBuild and maintain rolling supply plans aligned with demand, capacity, and inventory targetsTranslate demand forecasts into production, purchasing, and deployment plansMonitor inventory KPIs (weeks of supply, turns, excess & obsolescence risk) and lead corrective actionsLead allocation and prioritization decisions during supply constraints or demand spikesProduction & Supply CoordinationPartner with internal teams and manufacturing partners to align production schedulesManage risks related to capacity, lead times, and disruptionsSupport new product launches, phase‑ins, and phase‑outs to ensure supply readinessPeople LeadershipManage and develop 1–2 Supply PlannersReview forecasts and supply plans, providing guidance and escalation supportSet clear goals, KPIs, and development plansCross‑Functional LeadershipServe as the planning point of contact for Sales, Finance, Marketing, Logistics, and OperationsParticipate in S&OP / IBP processesPartner with Finance on forecasting, budgeting, and working capital managementSystems & Continuous ImprovementOwn planning data accuracy in ERP and planning tools (e.g., D365, SAP, NetSuite, or similar)Build dashboards and executive‑level reportingIdentify and implement process improvements to improve service, agility, and forecast accuracyWhat We’re Looking ForRequired5+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or supply chain rolesProven ownership of finished goods planning in a multi‑channel environmentStrong analytical, financial, and operational skillsAdvanced Excel; experience with ERP and planning systems (D365 a plus)Thrive in fast‑paced, growth‑oriented organizationsPreferredBackground in CPG, food & beverage, or consumer goodsExperience supporting a $300M–$1B revenue businessFamiliarity with S&OP / IBP frameworksExperience working with co‑manufacturers or overseas suppliersWhy This RoleHigh‑impact position at a scaled, growing consumer brandOpportunity to influence inventory strategy and working capitalDirect exposure to senior leadership and cross‑functional partnersBlend of strategic ownership and hands‑on execution
