The successful candidate will be at the forefront of this transformation, leading the strategic growth, operational performance, and market expansion of the insurance division. Key responsibilities include driving the division's overall growth and profitability, developing and executing a competitive go-to-market strategy, and leading product and platform initiatives to digitize and simplify the insurance process. The role also involves building and managing key relationships with agents, underwriters, carriers, and other partners, as well as overseeing P&L and ensuring the division meets its financial targets. Applicants must have extensive experience in the commercial trucking insurance sector, with a focus on distribution, partnerships, or M&A, and a deep understanding of the small-fleet and owner-operator segments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth in a competitive insurance environment, experience in building or working with digital insurance platforms, and strong leadership capabilities. A strategic mindset, financial acumen, and excellent communication and relationship-management skills are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience in launching or scaling insurance products in the transportation or trucking industry and a demonstrated ability to simplify complex insurance workflows and processes.
