1st Shift - Machine Operator

Responsibilities:- Machine set ups which could include tasks such as: pushing buttons, lifting soft plate or die boards, moving rails, setting up compression bed/ strapper, setting up stripper section using die grinders, mount cutting dies, setting load former, etc.- Input orders and complete all paperwork associated with order.- Monitor order throughout run and conduct systemic quality checks.- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping.- Responsible for product safety and quality.- Additional duties may be assigned by management.Compensation & Benefits:In addition to a competitive wage, the selected candidate will enjoy a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, wellness programs, STD, LTD, life insurance, company matching 401(k) and pension.
