Pool Deck SupervisorPool Deck Supervisors are responsible for greeting and providing excellent service to all guests with a positive attitude, reporting unsafe behavior, cleaning and setting up the pool deck, and other related duties.ResponsibilitiesPool Deck Supervisors responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Train, support, and guide Pool Attendants to support daily operations and task completionGreets all guests with a positive attitudeEnforces all poolside rules and prevents unsafe behaviorCleans the pool deck and other designated areasRemoves soiled towels and places them in the dirty binsReplenishes clean towels and removes the dirty binsEmpties full trash bins on the pool decksCommunicates with housekeeping to keep a replenishment of clean pool towelsProvides excellent guest service on the pool decks by assisting guests with their needs and questionsEnsures that all guests have a property issued braceletExplains all safety guidelines to guests entering the water slideRemoves towels from lounge chairs after periods of being unattendedCleans up at the end of the day by returning all chairs, tables, and lounge chairs to their proper placesInspects entire pool area, replacing any missing items and/or repairing when possibleOther duties as assignedQualificationsWhat are we looking for?Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality business, team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the resort, including weekends and holidaysPreferred: Minimum 2 years of consistent experience and background in pool operations, grounds maintenance, housekeeping, or comparable roles involving cleaning, setup, and safety monitoringEmployment is contingent upon successfully passing CPR and First Aid certification courses, which are paid for by the companyA reliable team player who enjoys being outdoorsWeekend availabilityPassion for providing exceptional service to guests and team membersProven job reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detailTeamwork and collaborationMust be able to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, coworkers and supervisorsWhat can you look forward to?All team members enjoy WEEKLY PAY!Qualifying team members may enjoy the following benefits:Medical and Dental insuranceSupplemental insurance plans (ex.
